The location is central to all of Warner Robins, but not on a really busy road. It's quiet and the community is small so the staff and maintenance crew really get to know you and tackle any problems you have quickly. I love it here. You cannot beat the prices and still live in a safe and quiet environment!

Pacific apts was a blessing to me because I was looking for a clean and quiet place to live at a difficult time .The manager does a super job tenants to ensure their taken care of any issues.The staff is very proffecinal/even whenworking on the buildings Thank you for employing a great manager and staff to take care of us.GOD BLESS YOU.
I BEEN HERE SINCE 1/23/2007 AND MY SERVICE WITH THIS COMMUNITY HAS BEEN AWSOME THE MAINTANCE HERE IS GREAT THEY KEEP IT CLEAN NO ONE HANGS OUT ITS QUIET I CAN GO ON AND ON BUT I WONT ,ITS JUST A GREAT PLACE TO STAY AND IM NOT MOVING NO TIME SOON THIS IS MY HOME AND IM LOVIN IT :)
I like the space/price that I have compared to other apartments. I wish it had more storage and the security gate worked like it is supposed to but otherwise, I am happy here. The new management team is much more professional and takes care of complaints/maintenance. I also wish we could have dish instead of the expensive Cox cable but I was told they do not want anymore dish satellites on the property. I thought I could legally have dish network without the apartment complex disagreeing.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
