The 3/2 floor plan is not accurate, and you'll pay at LEAST $900 for a substandard apt. The pool is NOT salt water; they'll lie about that. There are also NO restrooms available at pool area you use. NO outside faucets to wash cars, NO area to wash cars, NO snack area at pool, NO TRUE AMENITIES AT ALL, SUPER CHEAP INTERIOR FIXTURES&REPAIRS, WHEN MADE. A/C units are NO WHERE NEAR size adequate for a 2/2 or a 3/2 apt. Very inadequate pool AND upkeep thereof, for the size of the Complex and lawn maintenance very unkempt, pool area and pool upkeep is not up to par, not even suede its up to code. Just a really big disappointment all the way around, especially for the price!
Okay, do NOT let the pictures fool you. It is like a "try to be better than the other projects" development; (Section 8), with sky high rent, with absolutely zero substantiation. No fence around garbage dumpster, which is the second entrance to entire apartment complex - it is bleak, and unattractive, which totally assists in further reducing the reasoning for the high rent! VERY small pool in which a group of four children (they bring every float the Dollar store sells) will mean that half of the pool is already occupied. Rent increases without good cause-I've worked for the largest commercial and residential real estate company in the Middle Georgia area, sold real estate for years, and I can tell you that these ARE NOT comparable rental prices, regardless of what they try to tell you. Their value hasn't increased one bit in four years. These are 17 yr.old apartments, with poor workmanship, poor repair jobs, poor up-keep i.e., light poles lean and barely work, dumpsters are used by everyone around within a 10 mile radius, but residents pay for the garbage pick up, the dumpsters are unsightly and unkempt, poor landscaping (unless you want to live at the office), erosion issues, ant issues, drainage issues, roof quality issues, poor quality amenities in the apartments, very out-dated; the list goes on... ANY complex within the same area offers hardwood floors, higher quality fixtures, better than trailer quality carpeting, un-cracked ceramic tiles, larger pools, if not more than one pool, (and they actually change the water), an actual snack area at the pool, free wi-fi at the pool, (that works), a larger recreation area, quality maintenance&repairs, air conditioners that work properly - here, they always break and the blame is on the sun, temperature, etc... For the price, I would go somewhere else, but that's just a suggestion. There area plenty of options around the immediate area.
