If you are looking for an apartment, do not come here. I am currently in the process of looking for another apartment or a house to rent because this place is terrible. My boyfriend and I were supposed to transfer buildings within in this same apartment because the water heater leaked and created black mold in the spare bedroom and the flooring needed to be redone. We talked to the people in the leading office about 3 months prior to the move in date and they said we were okay to move. Then we the leasing office came to do inspections, which was 2 weeks before we were supposed to move into the new building, they tell us we can't move until everything in the apartment is fixed. Keep in mind it is already past the date to renew for another 12months. My boyfriend goes into the system and tries to sign up for a 12month, which was only supposed to be 930 something a month, and it was there. He went to talk to the people in the leasing office and they told him the only ones available now are a 13month and month to month lease and they're both 1,015 a month. Clearly if they would've told us sooner that we wouldn't be able to move we would've been able to sign up for the 12 month lease. To make matters worse, after my boyfriend signed up for the month to month lease, the people then proceeded to tell him that it's going to cost an extra $250 a month. If you dont read any of this, I feel sorry for your wallets. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE AND THEY SUCK.

Thank you for submitting your review. It says that you are uncertified as a resident, are you listed on the lease agreement? I would love the opportunity to speak with the lease holders regarding this situation, as this is not the full story. Of course, we are not able to discuss this here, and with someone not on the lease, but we would be happy to speak to the residents listed if they would like to come to the office to clarify the miscommunication listed in your review. ~Heather

It has been over 2 months now that I have been completely without a/c. It took a month just to get a window unit brought into my apartment. I was told multiple times I was getting a window unit in my living room to at least have somewhere comfortable in my 2 bed/br. apt. I have literally been sleeping on my couch now since I have had the window unit because it is entirely to hot for anyone to sleep in my bedrooms. I have done everything in my power to get something done. I have tried calling the corporate number with no replies back, and for gosh sakes the manager Georgia never answers her phone, refuses calling you back, and is never here on the premises. She is who you have to deal with if you have serious issue. That's all anyone gets told by the folks who work in the office. No one helps anyone out up there, no one does there job, but by gosh if you want to rent an apartment you will have all of them up your rear end until you leave. That is the only time you ever get any service from these folks. 2 Maintenance men work on the premises. They tell you that you are "Preaching to the quoire when it comes to trying to get any maintenance done here. This is awful and it is only getting worse. It is coming up to prime time summer and I was told a month ago they were waiting on quotes from 2 a/c companies to get us new a/c. This is a joke,

I just moved in and I already regret it. I was told my apaprtment was recently upgraded and it was not. Multiple things were wrong upon move in inspection and have been noted for maintenance, but I feel like they will never get done. My apartment has a weird smell and I havent stopped sneezing since I moved in. The walls are extremely thin. I can hear whats happening outside in the parking lot, I know exactly what room my upstairs neighbor is in and what they are doing. Overall all the finishes in the apartment are cheap or were repaired poorly. There is paint on EVERYTHING! And the gate at the front of the apartment complex never closes. Not sure why its even there if it doesnt function for its intended purpose.

Perhaps my experience is an oddity, but this place is a joke. Rent is much too high. We pay for an upgraded unit that literally has zero actual upgrades. We have had multiple crazy, and I mean crazy neighbors. Like we've had to call the police. Maintenance and office staff are a revolving door so don't get used to the same faces. Maintenance takes forever to do anything. Playground is literally in shambles from the neighborhood kids destroying it. We have lived here for two years by the way. The pool was closed half the summer without any real reason given. Something about inspections. Pool is randomly closed when it does open for again unspecified reasons. I really could keep going with the negatives here, but I think I've made my point. Don't rent here unless money doesn't matter to you, and you don't mind flushing it down the toilet.

Good Afternoon, My name is Georgia Brooks and I have been the Community Manager here since the beginning of August. My maintenance team was hired a the same time. The pool has been open since I have been here, and I am unaware or any damage to the playground. We have ordered a new slide that just needs to be installed. The maintenance team to my knowledge is handling work orders with in 24 hours. If you have some that are not complete, please call me today in the office and I can submit them.

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. They overcharge you as much as possible and always have hidden fees they expect you to pay. Also the staff is very rude and everything in the apartments break. My A/C has been broken for months and they have done nothing to fix it. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, save your time and money and rent elsewhere.
