Maintenance inside the apartment was terrible, a temp that they hired from a staffing agency didnt put in dishwasher correct and caused flooding issues. There was another water issue in ceiling into my kids room and the smell of mold was awful. We left before they even fixed it. Also the pool was poorly maintained and unavailable quite a bit during the summer . I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

They paved the parking lot , cut the grass , renovated the front office and went up on everybodys rent! We havent had access to the laundry mat in 5 months nor gym. Late service calls . You only pay for convenience. This place is close to everything but other then that, I wouldnt recommend it . Its not a bad place but its definitely isnt worth the charge.

I was very excited to move into galleria park apartments but when we moved there it seemed to be false advertising. The pool was poorly maintained the first summer we lived here in 2016 then in 2017 so far it's not even opened, and no water in the pool at all. They are not kid friendly, kids can't play on grass or ride bikes in parking lot around complex because "some people sleep during the day." They also hire temps from a temp agency to fix issues inside the apartment. When that happened, it made more damage than fixing and they still havent fixed the problem from a bad dishwasher installation. Overall my family and I are very disappointed. I would not recommend this place, if I could I'd say zero stars.
