Beautiful community and great location. Really good prices for all of the upgrades included.

Everything was fine until they sold out. Having been there over 5 years the only upgrades we Received were a new hot water heater due to the fact that the old one was rusting out, and a new range due to the fact that the oven door wouldn't shut. Having replaced the range they were more or less forced to replace the other appliances due to the fact that the old ones were white and they were in the process of changing over to black. The carpet was completely wore out. Then to top things off they raised the rent 40% with no upgrades or promise of any upgraded. The whole place needs pressure washed and all the outside trim needs painted.

I lived here during a transition period. My home sold quickly and I hadn't started the building process. I loved the one level plan,. the kitchen and the overall community. Christina was a joy to work with and Frank the maintenance guy was always very helpful.
