I think it is a safe place to live. The amenities are very nice and now that they started a better system to keep nonresidents from using the pool I think it will be better. HOWEVER, I agree with the previous review in that the women in the office are very nice to you when you are looking to move in. Once they have you in a lease they are rude to you. They don't have a regular maintenance man. He is split between their two properties so he is only at this location in the mornings and gone before 10. They really don't care about you once you move in. It's evident. And to top it off....I just found out that they are adding MORE buildings so that is more for him to do and he can't even handle what is there now. It's just about the money for them. Not about the people.
Poor construction, was told it was move In ready ,but had to clean for 6 hours before moving in,windows were not sealed and are leaking, the management is all friendly while u are signing the lease but after that they act like you are a bother if you have to call them for anything. If you were to see the manager( Marissa) throughout the property and try to speak, she quickly drops her head lap she doesn't have to speak to you. I truly wished I would have stay at the previous property where the manager was so much more helpful and super friendly, and always made it a point to speak to you.
