This place was nice, quiet and a great place to stay until a few months ago when quite a few stray cats and kittens moved into the complex. After complaining multiple times to management nothing has been done to stop the residents that feed them or to try to get rid of them. If you dont want multiple cats with fleas and God knows what other diseases lurking around your door then please do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else as I will be doing as soon as my lease expires.

We have been working with Houston County Animal Control to obtain traps so as to safely capture the cats. We truly value gathering feedback from our residents and it's disappointing to hear this has so poorly affected your experience in our community. When I first moved here 2 years ago Brittany helped sign my lease and get settled. This is the first apartment Ive lived in on my own and she made the transition as seamless as possible. Im an RN and I work night shift. anytime something was going on or if she needed to reach me she would always take this into account and I absolutely love her for that. Recently the rest of the staff hasnt taken that into consideration. They were repaving the roads and I was unaware of said letter that was apparently sent out due to my hectic work schedule. When I came home people were parked in our area so I parked, as I always do, and went to sleep. I have a new car with brand new plates, and just got it out of the shop because someone hit it 3 weeks into me having it while I was at work. I wake up to pick up my daughter from school and my car is not in front of my building. One of the ladies in the office had it towed and when I went to ask about it she acted nonchalant about the whole situation. I tried to explain to her I work nights and did not get that memo and that I was terrified walking out to my car missing. She still acts unconcerned and tells me with Novembers rent I owe the $75 tow fee. And that she towed it because she wasted an hour waiting to see who would move it. In that hour she wasted waiting and watching she could have knocked on all of 8 doors so see whose car it was. If she really cared about the tenants or read our files she would see that I work nights and it very well could have been my car. Needless to say my lease expires in November and I will not be resigning. I found that upsetting, disheartening and her no empathy.

Our residents are required to update the leasing office of changes to their vehicles so we can quickly identify and locate a resident if an issue arises with any given vehicle.
