Andrea was very kind and knowledgeable when she took me on my tour. She made me feel very comfortable and she was welcoming. Please give her a raise!!!.
I only gave it one star because the actual unit is cute. However, I have had nothing but issues even after leaving as I have been out of these apartments for over 3 months and have still NOT received my security deposit. For some reason they didnt send it to the correct address after it was returned to them nor did they notify me of their mistake. They waited until I contacted them to tell me what they did all for them to tell me I would have to wait another 14-30 days...2 more months later (over 3 months total now)...nothing.
While in the unit I dealt with animals in the ceiling scratching/playing/running all night. I would have to go to the office for them to take my request to get animal control out seriously and STILL would have to follow up multiple times until it stopped for a few months and then happened again.
I stayed on a second floor unit and had so many outdoor roaches get into my apartment that I had to beg them to come and try to find and seal how they were getting in but of course after they sprayed multiple times they still kept getting in. They stopped replying to my emails and never came to see whos they kept getting in. This is why I ultimately didnt renew my lease. I couldnt do another summer here.
Like many others my AC went out and my unit got up to 90 degrees. I again had to go to the office and complain after over a week of no ac in the summer to get a portable AC.
My microwave broke and I put in a request. After over a week I had to ask them if they got the request. A week later they left me a voicemail saying they went to my apartment and couldnt see anything wrong. I got home & it was still not working. I had to email a video of me pushing buttons on the microwave to show them that it was in fact broken.
My lights in the kitchen and dining area went out so much that I didnt request that they get replaced until only 3 of the 6 were left .
All of this and still no security deposit returned...
As coming into the community of West Heaven I notice that the landscape and grounds were great and units seem to be kelp up. Im Happy to see This!
I live at a GoldOller property in Atlanta. The leasing office including the property managers are not good. I had a roach problem when I first moved in. They were not helpful. I had roaches all over my apartment for months. When it comes to service request they can take days to come and fix it. I had a none working sink for 6 day and they took their time coming out. We also have valet trash and since they started they do not get my trash everyday like they are suppose to. They take my trash out the trash can and put it on the ground and leave it there. They do it on purpose for no reason. This issue has been on going for a year and I have contacted the leasing office at least 10 times and they never do anything. Most recently, valet trash went through my trash and left it on the ground instead of taking it and then lied about it. Management does not do anything. I would not recommend moving in. It is not luxury living as it is advertise. Poor business.
