The management is not very efficient or timely at all. The apartment complex is not as kid friendly as some others such as not having a playground. I have lived in plenty of apartments since my husband travels for work and this by far is the worst one Ive lived in if I could give less than one star I would.
After living in an actual high-end apartment complex, I can only surmise that the frame of reference required to claim that the apartments are, "luxurious," would be a cardboard box under an overpass or a slightly above average crack house.
Semantics aside, there are many issues with the complex. The materials used to build the apartments are incredibly cheap. While this wouldn't be a, "bad, thing normally, the actual use and upkeep of said materials makes the poor quality of the materials that much worse. For example, a shelving unit in one of my apartment's closets was not mounted into a wall stud. When we got to the apartment, I asked that the shelf be fixed (as it was already detaching from the wall). Instead of re-positioning the shelf to make sure it was in a stud, they just move the shelf to another part of drywall that wasn't damaged. After a few months of use, the entire shelf ripped out of the wall, forcing me to buy my own portable shelving system. The walls are also beyond paper thin. You can hear your neighbors having conversations, and hear people walking around the apartment.
All aspects of the apartment (at the management) fall victim to this shoddy craftsmanship. Black mold permeates almost every part of the apartment. The complex has a rife wasp, spider, centipede, and cockroach problem.
Management now does not respond to any of my concerns (including recent cases of vandalism that effected my unit) or questions. Management now routinely does not notify me if a package has been received in the main office, and looses my delivered packages for days or weeks.
Any damages I reported in my initial inspection were not repaired, in fact I had to contact management twice to have my garbage disposal repaired, and had to contact them to repair damage to one of my windows (illustrating that they do not inspect the units prior to new tenants moving in).
Quite, private, centrally located, and a great staff to work with.
Perfect location for anything and everything. There are many things available to keep yourself busy. The amenities are outstanding along with the landscaping and community.
SO FAR SO GOOD. HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND MAINTENANCE ALWAYS HANDLES SITUATIONS ON A TIMELY PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
