I enjoy the community and the land scape

My 2 years of experience here was horrible. Ive been dealing with roaches the entire time and the managers expect you to be fine with it and half the time they dont even know what they are talking about. They left roach traps in my house to examine the roaches. There has been dead roaches in the traps for over 2 weeks and still havent gotten an answer. They are clearly ok with neighbors disturbing the peace because Ive made many complaints and nothing never happened. Your neighbor can be playing loud music, stomping on floors, or whatever and the managers literally dont care!!!If you move here be ready to take on roaches and loud neighbors into your own hands because they will definitely give you a run around until its your time to move.

I moved in on Friday 04/24/20 my air condition didnt work I contact office over and over I had to threat them that I would call the I Team news out because Im a senior citizen and senior citizens cannot live in houses with out air and heat and I also told them that I would write a bad review this was yesterday 04/29/20 my air finally got fixed I ask them to reimburse my money back that they prorated for me to move in from 04/24-present the leasing agent said he would get back in touch with me when he talk to the manager I havent heard anything from him Will I prefer someone no

Presentation means a lot when you first enter a place. I like the way I was welcome with a smile. It was sprinkling on the day I visit, and the agent still made it possible to view a model. That says a lot about the staff willing to go above to make your experience unforgettable. If it was garage available I would have fill out application that day.

Terrible amount of trash in community.Rude staff, lots of break ins and burglaries.
