Wesley kensington apartments its a beautiful property with great leasing agents. I loved the tour with Lina Illera she is an amazing Leasing consultant and Im looking forward to moving there!!

I have been promised by JC, Sidney and Sadie that I would be contacted by Jonathan regarding my concerns, and I still have not seen or spoken to him since I moved into this community in October. There were dead roaches in all the cabinets in the kitchen, a dirty, rusted washer and dryer set, walls that still had touch ups and not been painted, a refrigerator that was dented in several spots(looked like garbage), no microwave, a stove that only two burners work on, a dishwasher that is so old the dished don't get clean, all old worn white appliances (I was shown stainless steel appliances when I toured the apartment), bathroom counter tops had several burn marks on them, the kitchen cabinet is peeling away above dishwasher and you get splinters from the counter top), the bathroom walls are peeling at the celling, the master bath exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling, the garbage disposal was broken, the trim in both bathrooms under vanities was broken, one of the bedrooms had a small whole in the wall behind the door, several lightbulbs were blown, the floor in the kitchen and both bathrooms is peeling and lifted (fake peel and stick floor), the blinds in the back bedroom were broken, the wall about the spare bedroom was peeled off were curtain rod was removed, several water spots in ceiling from the upstairs apartment leaking, the windows are all poorly insulated and mold in all of them, mold in the bathroom around the tubs, cabinet door and drawer in kitchen broken, kitchen extremely outdated, floor in laundry peeled back from when Maintenace removed the old rusted washer and dryer. Keep in mind when you view the apartments they show you an updated unit with granite counter tops, fireplace, stainless steel appliance, updated wood floor, updated bathrooms with new vanities and granite counter tops. The crime in the complex is ridiculous and no protection from mana

The manager Johnathan Ramirez was so rude to me he spoke about my personal information in front of other people when I asked him to stop he told me coldly my application was not accepted and laughed smug man in my opinion he gives this place a bad vibe

I moved in a year ago and regret it because I was just moving to the south I came here but I wish I didnt the management is racist and are rude

I moved in 3 years ago and have had no major issues. The neighbors are friendly the courtesy officers patrol regularly. I like it here because its quiet and not alone of young ones running around. Gates have to be repaired often because of negligent visitors Residents could do better cleaning up after themselves but management makes sure to keep the property up when the residents do not. I just renewed my lease again with my leasing consultant Sidney!
