I'm already Disappointed with the business practices of this company. I paid App and Admin fees and Application was rejected because of a bankruptcy discharged almost a year old. Although I have no prior evictons on my credit report and excellent payment history as they could see on credit report besides the bankruptcy discharged. If that's their decision it's fine. But everywhere else I know gave money back if the application was rejected. Now if they were really trying to override it like they say they would the property manager would not have a problem reaching out to me instead of me talking to everyone under her. If they property manager or whoever has the final say is going to override the decision, please do it so I can rent. If not stop jerking me around and give me my money back. I know plenty of people where able to rent after 3 months of a discharge because housing is a necessity of life.
My Fiance and I moved in not to long ago in Nov 2019. We liked our unit and were very excited to move in, especially since we needed to move in a hurry. Ajah and The Team worked very quickly to try to accommodate our move in time span and has since been an absolute pleasure to deal with. After we moved in there were a few things that needed to be fixed like the shower handle and the counter tops, but nothing to much more than you would regularly expect. The office along with the maintenance team were prompt in resolving those simple issues as fast as they could.
We started experiencing some pest issues and when we reached out to the Office they scheduled for their Pest Control services Specialist to come treat our unit. The only real issue we experienced other than the actual pest came with dealing with the pest control. He came out to the unit 5 times because on occasion he either couldnt get into the unit, had miscommunications in treatment, or his the treatment wasn't strong enough. When we expressed our discomfort and concern to Ajah she escalated our situation to Monique the Office Manager. She worked for us to be able to transfer units which would have a $300 transfer fee. Monique pushed for us to have the fee waved with her regional manager and was successful in getting the fee removed. We were not only transferred but upgraded and our new unit looks great. They ensured us that it wouldnt cost us to much more than what we were already paying and its on a higher floor and everything. We really appreciate the Hard work Monique and Ajah have done for us to feel happy and comfortable in our home and if you are looking to rent here they are going to be great to work with.
I have lived on the property for approximately 2-years, and I find it very quiet. The Resident Events are well-coordinated and organized. I mostly deal with Stephanie when I come into the office she is such a nice person always willing to help with any issues. If your thinking about renting at the pointe please see Stephanie she will take good care of you.
I've lived at The Pointe Apartments for almost 2 years and my experience has been great. Especially with Ms. Stephanie she has been so kind and helpful since I've moved in. I haven't had many issues but any that I've had she has made sure it was taken care of quickly she is definitely the offices gem.
My apartment lady was great her name is Ajai and Im highly satisfied with my apartment she needs a promotion!
