So far so good ...... any problems arise they normally get to it in the same day or no later than the end of the day the next business day.... NO BUGS!!! QUIET FOR THE MOST PART Myself and my kids love it so far

They never called me back about the apartment. I do not feel they would be good land lords if I rented from them. They would not return my call if I had a problem.
