I've been here not even a month and I HATE IT !!! I deeply regret moving here . . Im currently talking to property atterneys and getting ready to take them to court . . Everybody over here should just go on strike . Worse place EVER !! And they wont be getting any rent out of me until everything is fixed !!!

They will insult you,if you complain about any fault in your apartment. It's either you keep quite fix it yourself or let it go. The office staff are very insultive, except if it is being manage by another set of people.

Interesting place to live

Ive been living here since January, air doesnt work never has. Made several complaints and request for it to be fixed still nonthing. They dont answer the phone, never open on Saturday. The maintenance team says they never get work order so their is definitely a lack of communication in that office, grounds are filthy especially but dumpsters, yet they always want their rent in time but lack the simple capabilities of tending to their tenants that actually do work hard and pay in time. Cant wait till my lease is up. This place was better years ago. Sorry I recommended this place to others

I lived it Terra Creek apartments for five years. I had an emergency amputation of right leg and was hospitalized for a month - rent was paid up. when I called them from the hospital on June 3rd to make arrangements for June rent I was told by Brandon they would have to evict me on the 9th if I could not get my furniture out by then. I am 67 years old and could not make arrangements that fast as I could no longer drive. I have been gone since the end of June, found out today, 3/21/18 that they evicted me again in November 2017. Worked hard to build a good rental reputation, compation was never a consideration. I guess business is business, but I know my Lords got me.

The rent office is supposed to be open on Saturdays but they never are there. Which makes it super inconvenient for those that work during the week day to try and get an application on the weekend. Also, it's a lot of kids not being watched just running around.
