    No one answers the phone or responds to emails or texts or anything. It is impossible to find a freaking place to live nowadays.

    I didnt like the sinking floors and my apt wasnt ready when I was told it would be. I was initially show an up graded model which I didnt know until I came in to see my unit which was nothing like the upgraded unit I fell in love with. So I turned down the apt because if I wanted that look it would cost me $200 more per the manager. The showed me a couple more Apts which I had to wait until they fixed it up but it was the same as the first one I turned down with the sinking floors. The manager only gave me back my $200 deposit and kept my $175 admin fee which they couldve gave me 1/2 of it back for misleading me. Talking about she has to talk to corporate and she doubt they would give me half of it back. All my wasted time waiting on this apt. I even purchased furniture thats still at the furniture store. Very unsatisfactory service

    I moved in on the September 21, 2018. And everything that was suppose to be fixed hasn't. For the money you pay they must do better. Problems: red stains on carpet, bath tub peeling, door knobs lose not the right knobs, bathroom countertop peeling, wall cracking, screw in AC vent, and rust on light fixture. And was told the day of my walk through it would be fixed. Put a work order in and was told it'll be done by 9/29 nothing was done. My first apartment so the next time I'll do my research.

    PLEASE STY AWAY!!! Filthy roach infested apartments with high turn over rate of office who could care less about helping to remedy the problems. Air conditioners do not work, loud music in parking lots, trash in parking lot, high eviction rate. FILTHY and not recommended for human dwelling. Decatur code enforcement needs to review this disgusting property . Corporate office of no help

    Leasing agent assured me the apartment was ready for move in. Once I moved in the walls werent painted, master bedroom sink was leakin, master bedroom smells like sewage and the ceiling looks as if it was water damage prior resident. 2 months into my lease so far its been major water damage, mold, ac unit doesnt work and other major issues. Because of the constant rain It was told by the new maintenance man that these apartment arent water proof. Since Ive been here its been 3 different property managers JUST AWFUL not to mention its not worth the price (1060) for 2 bedrooms
