Polo Club

Leasing agent assured me the apartment was ready for move in. Once I moved in the walls werent painted, master bedroom sink was leakin, master bedroom smells like sewage and the ceiling looks as if it was water damage prior resident. 2 months into my lease so far its been major water damage, mold, ac unit doesnt work and other major issues. Because of the constant rain It was told by the new maintenance man that these apartment arent water proof. Since Ive been here its been 3 different property managers JUST AWFUL not to mention its not worth the price (1060) for 2 bedrooms

This place is RIDICULOUSLY thee WORST.!
I was shown a unit and recieved a call confiming the unit I would move into, then when I arrived with my things on the truck I was placed in another unit. Although the unit looked the same the conditions & location of the unit was the WORST.! It was unsafe, located near the road where foot traffic from everywhere cut thru what is suppose to be gated, the ceiling leaked, A LOT OF ROACHES, dust & mold, unfinished worked, trash & furniture all around the dumpster adding to the rodents.

I have been looking high & low for a place to live since I moved to GA... Well I ended up running across the polo club apartments & spoke with someone who was very nice & helpful. So I goes to complex & do the app & ended up actually getting the apartment:-).... The 1st apt that was given to me AC unit was out & I would have had to wait a week before the part came in but the Complex owner did what she had to do & made a quick decision to get me moved in that day!!!! If it wasn't for her I dnt know what I would have done... But after her hard work & dedication I realized that there are still some good people in this world I AM VERY THANKFUL
