Never came and fixed front door frame and locks on the front door (unsecure)...Pilot light on the furnance kept going out at all times of the night...

I moved into this apartment the ending of 2016 before I moved in I repeatedly called the office an asked can I view the apartment that I'm going to be moving into. The ladies told me that it wouldn't be ready. So I'm thinking to myself they must be doing a lot of cleaning an renovating to this apartment why I can't see it yet. So I didn't get to see this apartment until my move in day! I swear if I would have seen this before moving into it I would have taken my money an ran! I was very disappointed! They have a old refrigerator/ old stove smelt like a bunch of cigarettes when we walked in big hole in the door they patched up instead of replacing it. Carpets disgusting, around the bathtubs are cracking need to be corked the back porch door isn't leveled properly in the winter time I have to put a towel under the door. The people in the front office is terrible they don't communicate with you they'll rather put notes under my door every sec, if your calling the office you have to call about 20 times for someone to answer the phone. I called for someone to light my boiler so I can have hot water an heat they took 4 days to come out. I went to pay my rent and it kept being denied I called the office an they told me my rent was 1,388.55 I wasn't even noticed on why I was paying that much an my rent is 788.00 every month my rent goes up. The maintenance man made my kitchen flood from the washer someone came an ripped the carpet up said he'll be back in a week to fix it they took a month to come back and fix it. No one calls you to inform you that someone will be coming into your apartment to fix something but they can call to say the pest control is coming. The maintenance man came to fix my light in my closet an told me he'll be back to fix it tomorrow at 10am he never showed up an it's been almost 3 weeks. They are terrible don't ever move here!
