I haven't been back to Winnstead in a while since leaving here a couple years ago and wow this place is completely different. They have updated the exteriors and improving their amenities. If your looking to stay somewhere affordable and nice-this is the place!

When I first moved here in 2013, the property was wonderful. The last few years it has REALLY gone downhill. I've lost hours of sleep every night due to subfloors they refuse to repair. They creak so loud they startle my partner from his sleep and he sleeps through anything. Roach infestation (even baby ones, so you know it's bad), fighting in the parking lot and breezeway, break ins, noise, the occasional gunshot....it's a yikes.
