The office is definitely on point...I have been residing in apartments for the last 7 years and I have not seen a property manager like the one here. She is always out, walking, she no me and my kids by name. If I call in something for maintenance they are at my apartment in 1-2 days to take care of it. No complaints

The apartments are exactly what they appear to be. Not bad at all for the price and compared to the neighboring apartments. I moved from Olivia Place, and I can definitely tell within 3 months that I made a good decision. The office is on point. The lady in the office knows everybody name, maintenance response time to work orders is like same day if you call in earlier morning.

BLACK MOLD AND ROACHES Photos posted to Google reviews. You do not want to live here. The rent is ridiculous for the living conditions. My babies are sick and theres no sense of urgency from the leasing office. Youll need an attorney on stand by just to live here.

I have lived here for 2+ years. I left one star, so I could leave a review. RUN, don't walk away from these apartments. The office management is HORRIBLE. Never responds to emails, never in the office, calls all go to voicemail and they are never returned. The apts were built in 1987 and it shows. They've "updated" apts, which just means changing the flooring. and SPRAY painting the bathtubs - which start to peel almost immediately. Their pest control is pretty much non existent. Problems with ants and roaches. Also. if you don't mind staring at mattresses, couches,a washing machine, and overflowing garbage bins you'll love the trash area. From the outside it looks very nice and inviting. The landscaping is deceiving Good Luck
