Marbella place looks good on the outside the property is kept up to make you believe your living in a good apartment. There is water leakage from pipes in the wall. Everything is old and needs to be replaced smoke detectors sprinkler system stove light fan toilets bathtubs. I have complained from noises from pipes knocking on wall at 3-8 am in the morning it wakes you out your sleep and nothing has changed maintenance never fixes anything they ride around on golf carts all day. Playing patrol. Marbella is not the place for the price run immediately dont get tricked. Also I have put in several noise complaints on neighbors nothing changes management is terrible. Run save your money not worth how much they charge a month.

Communication is terrible with management. There's no notifications or updates sent out on changes they put in place and several of units are leaky and molded severely.
