The staff works hard to ensure you are happy with where you live. They are very flexible and were able to upgrade our apartment during our lease and were able to make it happen with only a week notice.
I feel safe in this environment. I really like the layout of the apartment. There is a lot of storage and I especially like the large pantry. There are good amenities.
I would rate it higher, except for the high price. For $775 month, we should have gates. I pay almost $50/month for water and trash removal and a large deposit; this should be included in the cost. At a minimum trash should be included. It seems ridiculous that every tenant pays such a large trash fee when there are only a few communal dumpsters that are served once or twice a week. The shower/baths are very small for this rent, and the appliances are too basic.
The apartment was not up to par to move in but I still love it there and the staff are very friendly
We brought up an issue in November that has yet to be rectified, after multiple attempts. Several policies are not enforced, making it often frustrating to live here. Apartment is very cheaply made.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
