    The property is really pretty and well-maintained, I really like the office and maintenance staff. This is a great place to live if you want something in-expensive and safe!

    I have reached out to management at The Garden District in Statesboro on multiple occasions regarding the internet service they provide. The WiFi here works less than 10% of the time. A few months ago, we were told our internet speeds were being upgraded, however, our service has never been slower. My roommate and I both have issues across all devices with everything from simple internet browsing to streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Dont move here if you use the internet.

    There really are better places to live in Statesboro if you're willing to pay. You get what you pay for with these apartments. The kitchen layout in the 2 bedroom townhome is not very functional and in dire need of some upgrades. The internet and cable they offer is not good. Very low speeds especially if you like to stream Netflix and/or play games online. Also very little channels to choose from with their cable. The office staff and maintenace guys are really nice! Pool is pretty nice too and there is plenty of parking. The balconies are gorgeous. Nice sized closets and rooms.

    Leasing office sucks they don't have any real pull the wifi sucks been complaining about for months they suggested I get my own internet. I've not spoken to the real property owners yet!!!!

    I love that I can call the office and be assisted anytime I need help or have a question about anything and they are always there with an answer to my question or with a solution to whatever problem that I may have.
