Rude a** lady on the phone.

The lady that I spoke with was absolutely rude. Hung up on me twice.

No one called me back.

Units are old and extremely noisy. Decent complex. The management is an absolute joke. The "compex manager" is worthless. I have had multiple complaints about unruly neighbors throwing trash everywhere and not a single thing has been done about it months later. Will not renew. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am new to this complex, 5 days in. So far so good! The office staff is wonderful, especially Jacoby. Extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my asap move in went flawlessly. I love the area- very close to shopping, eating, gas and grocery stores. And close to highway access. As for my unit, there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed, I placed a few work orders in on Monday, and maintenance arrived the following day to address issues, amazing!!! I have yet to see any pests inside of home nor trash on the grounds. Plenty of parking, 2 pools, tennis court, what more could I ask for. I am loving the Alcove so far. Regards, Lori D.

Today at 7:23 PM I am so angry I could spit. I am so tired of getting the run around when it comes to a maintenance issue. My dishwasher stopped working over a week ago. I put in a maintenance request. Two day's later I had to go by the office to "remind" the staff that nothing had been done. The dishwasher was making a grinding noise and the washer arm was not moving. My original dishwasher had been replaced earlier in the year and at that time I was told by Greg, the maintenance supervisor that the dishwashers were not good quality and that they were likely to stop working at any time. I told him that if you know that there is a problem...why are you using appliances that you deem substandard? He just shrugged. He did not want to replace the original dishwasher. It was only after I got snippy, that he reluctantly replaced the first one. I got the "new" dishwasher that I have now. I have not had it a year and like I said, it stopped cleaning. I use Cascade Complete and a product that cleans the dishwasher to improve the performance of the appliance. So I am not throwing dishes of food in the dang thing. I treat everything in my house with respect regardless of whether I paid for it or management paid for it. I was even told I need to wash my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. Come on now!? I am 63 years old I know how to use a ding dang dishwasher. Anyhoo, a service advisor came by before the 4th of July and we thought the problem was fixed. Thirty minutes after he left, the washer started to grind, I smelled burning metal and you guessed it...it stopped working. I called the office. It was before the 4th of July. Friday someone was supposed to address the issue. Didn't happen. The weekend went by ... no one came. Monday same thing. It is now Tuesday. It has been 10 days and I was told that the maintenance supervisor's only response was: "we just gave her a dishwasher". You didn't "give" me anything.
