I am a current resident and cannot wait until my lease is up so that I can move!! My apartment is a roach infested nightmare and the office is completely NON RESPONSIVE!!!! I have had numerous electrical and plumbing issues and each time the office staff is nearly impossible to reach..DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Service was amazing. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Although they were out of my price range, I loved how warm and friendly they were.

It's filled with illegal immigrants, they do not do any work orders, they are always short staff, they let the trash pile up at the dumpster, the people in the office is rude, they do not do any ground keeping, they have bugs, they did a cheap renovation, the apartments are very old and outdated, they have a different management team every 6 months, and they do not do anything to make the property look good! They let people have all type of stuff on the porch making the entire community look bad! The current management team there is the worse I have ever seen or dealt with! They should close this place down!

Moving to The Greens at Windy Hill has been a great decision. It's a great value and the people who live and work here are very pleasant and accommodating. I'm happy I chose to move here and would recommend the Greens to anyone looking for a great value in a great location.

It is a good community, quiet place even close to the Village and Campbell High. I like it and will stay till I buy my own house.
