My main issue is that I have dealt with bugs, the apartment not being move-in ready meaning not clean, etc for a month now....my 1st month at Ashford with 11 to go. I refuse to buy groceries or move my expensive furniture in right away due to being grossed out by roaches actually. I have never lived in an apartment with roaches and since Ive been having stress related complications lately with pregnancy and Im not convinced this is a place I want my child to reside due to roaches not being sanitary whatsoever. Ive been very patience with the staff but Im just not happy or comfortable yet.

Experienced unprofessionalism from one of the leasing agents. He was rude when I called to complain about a reoccurring mildew issue in our apartment. Also maintenance has a habit of finding reasons not to complete services.

I love the location of Ashford 75 the most! Being at the intersection of 75 and 285, along with being near Cumberland Mall, has been fantastic. I love the staff here. They are so kind and more than happy to help in any way they can. They are improving the parking lot and road structure currently, which I am pleased about, and they are working on getting the front gate functional for added security which is big plus considering the amount of traffic that flows nearby at SunTrust Park. Overall I highly recommend moving here. The community is wonderful, the buildings and apartments are completely renovated, and you can't beat the feeling of being a part of this busy and beautiful Cumberland area! Great job guys!
