Overall great place to live. Not happy that there is only one trash receptacle and it almost a 5 minute walk from my apartment. The front car gates have broken twice in the last 3 months and they each took over 3 weeks to fix.

I Am A High Functioning Autistic Person. The Staff Were Very Accommodating In Sharing How Best To Find A Place To Live; Why This Community Is Different And Also Took The Time To Show Me An Example Apartment So I Could Picture Which Type Of Residence Would Be Optimal For Me
The Online Payment For Using Credit Card Costs Are A Bit Extreme; Especially For Those Working Here In Savannah And Establishing A Bank Account Is Prohibitive When Working Away From Home With Family Left Behind. Like It Here

Love living here it is always so quiet! Staff has been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Feels really homey here and my neighbors are very friendly. Love that I can fish in the lakes!

Waverly Station is the best apartment community in Pooler/Savannah! The staff is friendly to my family and I and they have made us feel welcomed from the moment we moved in! We love that we can grill fish and watch tv all at the pavilion!! The community is very involved and my neighbors are great people! Very quiet and safe! We couldn't be happier with our decision as we moved here not knowing the area. Thank you guys!!
