Maintenance request are never answered in a timely manner. Ive been waiting over 2 months for a brand new stove. Currently only the smaller two work. The others spark on fire when lit and one just doesnt turn on at all. Its been an issue since I moved in 8 months ago.
Have lived a several apartments and this is the worse for Maintence .. I one point called because of water in Laundry room and no response water soaked my Carpet 3 calls and still no response. We had company from out of state and my Granddaughter was one that had to figure out where water was coming from and fixed it and than worked for more than an Hour to wet vac the soaked area.. water problem again from upstairs apartment leaking from ceiling and after three reports finally got a call after we had shop and vac the laundry.. and there is never a place to park when you get home late at night..
