Is this a good place to live i am looking for a one bed room place that is reasonable to pay

This place is horrible. It is infested with roaches and the trash is piled up at the end of every week. And it stinks. All the sinks ,toilets and tub get stop up and i have try several different solutions to stop it from happen also the owner doesn't want to fix or call anyone to help keep this place apart ! Definitely not worth 1200.00 !

We are extremely disappointed with this place and we are astonished by the poor service from the management. Management is never available to take the phone call and has showed little to no customer service. Upon moving to this apartment, we found that the management had not cleaned or fixed the apartment. Everything is broken, fleas in the apartment and the carpets are dirty and smell like urine. We put in a work order and nothing has happened so far and its been over a month. Absolutely disappointed!!

The gym equipment has never been fixed since moving in. The pool was down for 2 weeks in one month and the entire month of July. The washer in my unit has been broke for over a month and no one has been in to even see what part it may need. The staff will be in the office with the door locked; they ignore calls and knocks at the door. The units are cheaply made...you can't even wipe the walls down without stuff falling off of them. The place is infested with spiders. Forget the parking within your own unit rule...they don't enforce it, so you might have to park two units down.

Really enjoyed living in this peaceful safe neighborhood. Only problem I had with my one bedroom apartment is that the bathroom is upstairs in the bedroom. So, if you have company, they will have to go through your room just to get to your bathroom. Besides that, everything else was great!
