Lovely and very beautiful and I would definitely love to live hereby
They always have event and party with the loud music on. The Hue never listen to the people who had make the complains nor they will try to fix it. Also it takes such long time for them to fix any issues that are in you apartment. The Hue should listen to the people more and give us what we pay for.
Poor service, dirty stairwells, no respect for tenants, they don't answer service requests, when they do it takes months to get anything done, they leave their tools in your apartment for extended amounts of time, they play loud obnoxious music (literally the management throws obnoxious parties that go well past 11pm) that rattles your walls and all the furniture with it's base and when you complain they don't care nor will they turn it down. There is no outside ventilation in the apartments and the stove vents literally vent right back into your apartment so god forbid you singe your food. The sink faucet handle pops off and when you ask them to fix it they don't do it properly so the next time you try and use it it comes off again. You can't grow plants in the apartments because of the poor air quality and they lose your packages. Also lock out fees after 9pm $75, doesn't matter if it's your first time and the night watch lets you in so it's not like you're waking anyone up either. Don't live at the Hue save your money and go buy a fancy apartment on Broughton or bull. They'll cost about the same, are well made and the management actually cares. Oh and they bribe people for positive reviews with gift cards and free gifts. So if a "friend" says they love the hue don't trust them, they just want that gift card that comes with your referral.
