I like the area, they are the best price I found for that part of town. I love the pool! I have only had 1 problem that needed fixing, they were there same day to take care of it. The office staff seem very friendly and nice.
Very overpriced, management is not concerned with customer happiness, only concerned with monetary gain. Staff is very rude and I compassionate. Many ridiculous and redundant fees. This property is very poorly maintained, we had many structural issues and water leaks which lead to damage of our personal possessions and apartment. These issues were never addressed properly, or fully repaired, nor were we compensated for lost properties and emotional ailment. I would not recommend living with cobblestone.
I love how convenient to places I go in town. The pool is great. The repair guys are great and office people are really nice. I love my apartment!
I like living here, quiet laid back place.
I feel as though the cost of the Cobblestone Apartments are really high. There are brand new apartments in the area that are very comparable to the Cobblestone and much nicer. The amenities are extremely old in these apartments. When we moved in the carpet was not replaced and it was coming up in certain areas and stained. I feel as though the rent is a little too high. I have looked an can get a 3 bedroom townhome (2 floors) and deck, new, for $850. That is less than the cost of a 2 br here.
Let me know when this property is back on the market
