      I applied LAST WEEK OF MARCH and Ive been waiting to receive my $200 admin fee back , its now JUNE !

      The management was notified of our hot water heater not working correctly. They sent a technician who was able to correct the issue. Thank you!

      Im currently looking for a new residence. The picture shown is of ALLEN Apartments, not Magnolia Square Apartments. These apartments have been repatched and not properly mantained for years. I refuse to cut on my heat for fear of what may come out the furnace. My townhouse has a odor, that I cant figure out what it is. It smells like sewage, the odor is in between the cabinets. I would suggest rebuilding the entire complex.
