The prices for rent is ridiculous. They are very nice. Fell in love with them just not the price that was offered and apartment guide said something totally different. Office staff is very nice and friendly.

Office and maintince staff are excellent. Made us feel welcomed to the community and respond to service requests quickly and professionally.
MAJOR downfall is for a pet friendly community, it really isnt. The VERY few trashcans are often overflowing with doggy waste bags and the "dig park" is filthy. I don't trust it to not make my puppy sick given to horrible conditions.

The worst part of Preston Grove is the Trash situation. A lot of times the trash will be full and people will start piling their trash up against the steps nearby. Besides this issue the apt complex has been very helpful. When the parking spaces were becoming overcrowded they built more spaces to accommodate residence.
