I gave this rating because, I like my apartment. There have been times when I have to wait for supplies to come in so that they can fix things, but they eventually come.
There needs to be more maintenance men, and more supplies ordered so they have them in stock when needed.
Went up there to sign my lease, spoke with Calvin who made it seem like it was a dying situation if I didnt rush to sign my lease, he was on his phone and the computer the whole time as I was doing the paperwork and never explained anything to me he waites until all the paperwork was signed for me to see the apartment VERY SMALL ROOMS dont believe the hype from the pictures the insides is a mess, he even had the nerve to give me a brochure to a furniture place and to tell them her referred me
They take forever to get maintenance to your apartment in a decent time. Overall, if it wasn't affordable, I wouldn't stay here.
I had several issues while staying in live oak plantation. My neighbors were always rowdy, obnoxious, and rude. The neighborhood itself was ghetto and trashy. The office staff is very rude and inconsiderate of their residents. Office staff was not willing to work with me when I had problems or hiccups that caused my payment to be a few days late. I had a broken lock and Stive for several months. Maintenance staff didn't work efficiently to fix issues. Would not recommend this place to others.
I rated it poor due to the simple fact the assistance is horrible. The electrical system in the apartment has been out and not fixed. Work orders are formed and no work completed in the time frame requested.
