I moved out recently due to a job transfer out of state. Very sad to leave. My new place is newer but it's not a townhome like Spanish villa, so i hear everything!! I would move back if I ever end up in Savannah again.

Former owners (Spanish Villas) were absolutely amazing I literally had no complaints I used to brag about living in such an amazing place. Currently(Crescent Place) with the new owners its literally horrible. They fix nothing at all and also dont reimburse you if you pay out of pocket. The maintenance workers are clueless as well as the front office employees. Going from $1000 to $1600 is insane especially for townhomes that were built in the 60s-70s. They throw paint and fake granite and think that justifies the $600 monthly increase. Trash piles up by the dumpster with rats and raccoons and I cant even complain enough about these stray cats. Reconsider moving here is can honestly say now its just about making money.
