DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Lived here 15 months.
This place is bad from beginning to end. Just stay away. I talked to several other residents here and I havent met one that didnt regret moving here.
There are soon many issues its hard to find a place to start. We moved from out of state and arranged to move in here sight-unseen, mostly because it was a new complex. Sure it looks nice now; thats because they are less than two years old, but after moving in you quick get buyers remorse when you realize the whole complex is very cheaply built and with low quality materials (from the cheap paint the marks at the slightest touch, the thin carpet and noisy plywood underneath, the low end laminate counter tops, to the thin and probably hollow walls). Honestly, I could hear every word from the adjoining apartments, and the air conditioning/heat was never had a chance to stop running.
The new management seems to pick which rules to follow. Two examples: One - there are restrictions as to dog breeds (no aggressive breeds) and a requirement to pick up after them. A police officer with a young German Sheppard was made to move, a resident hiding a Pitbull was just made to pay to the pet deposit; and there is dog poop almost all around the sidewalks. Two - some residents where threatened with $100.00 fines for having potted flowers and American flags outside their doors, not even on the sidewalk but on the walk-ups to their doors. (side note: the American flags were mysteriously removed and not by the residents)
The straw the broke the camels back for us was when they randomly switched the electric it to their name and had it shut off on a Friday and leaving our family without electric for a weekend; with the manager blaming the electric company and the electric company blaming the apartment complex.
More importantly, its way too expensive and the new manager is shameless! A 2/2 for more than $1,340.00/month is high for the area... there is more, but out of room.
They play the same games as every other apartment complex in town. Thought they were different. Way wrong.
Absolutely wonderful staff, very courteous, professional and instant willingness to help in any way possible at any time. Apartment complex always well maintained and very calm neighborhood.
Brenda, Rachel and Aleisha will make you feel extremely welcome from the day you step in! I've never seen such a management team work well together, putting the needs of their residents first. It's a top-notch management team that runs the apartment complex very well. There's a personal touch, and an efficiency that's second to none! Greatly enjoyed my time while I was a resident here based on their friendliness, hospitality and professionalism. Thank you!
