First of all, Tammy, who is the assistant manager, and SHOULD be the manager is simply outstanding. Here is an example that shows how outstanding she is: On a Friday, I had an issue that cropped up, Tammy was diligent in navigating the potential issue, and it took several hours, but she got the "situation" cleared up! She is always there with a "what can I help you with" attitude!! Charles, who is the head of maintenance is very helpful as well! I have to say the apartment's location is near everything! There are restaurants, markets, malls, furniture stores within a couple of miles as well as little boutiques. I am very satisfied with our move and would recommend this apartment complex with no hesitation what so ever!

Leasing office doesnt care and is SO rude. This place is place is raggedy. They dont care that were in the middle of a pandemic and continued to raise the rent.

Carriage House quality has gone down since Ive moved here. Previous reviews must be from different management because there are several issues that management hasnt fixed. Rent is overpriced for outdated or newly renovated units. Maintenance and responsiveness from office was/is slow or gets ignored completely, theyre definitely understaffed. Grounds and upkeep is subpar and resident turnover is high! This place would have greater promise if they start caring more about their residents and actually meeting peoples needs and requests better and keeping a clean community inside and out.

I requested canceling of application of apt and requested processing fees which are not application fees. The manage yelled at me in the middle of my words. She cut off my words and literally yelled at me. I told her she was rude and she said she wasn't. She just yelled at about her policy that all of the fees are not refundable. Does she need to yell at me?? Does she need to cut off my words while I was talking? It was horrible experience. I will never go there.

As a resident for the last five years I found this apartment complex great! Great office personnel, prompt maintenance service and a great neighborhood.
