Tour guide was professional, prompt & very courteous. She answered our questions and didnt waste our time like so many other property office personnel we visited the same day.

I love living at Bradley Pointe. We have new management and it is very evident. They are very attentive

Big problem is the management;I have personally have communicated concern around complex and nothing has been done about it; the only stay in that office they need to walk around to see from them self what problems they need to be corrected

There was only one maintence man. The hours of the office chaired at different days and time depending on the staff. The corporate office was never available for an bigger issues at hands. There is large amounts of mildew in the apartments. The rent card was the most unnecessary and inefficient ideal to come about. My last two months there I was charged fees Because for some reason one month I had to pay and extra $0.50 then one month I could pay because was going to pay to much.
