Everything has been renovated and updated. New patio furniture, new grills, outdoor gazebo with t.v. and fireplace, new grass and landscaping around pool area. Buildings and balconies were also painted. Good maintenance and pest control. Gated entrance and underground parking. Excellent location and views of the city. Power bills are high in the summer. That might be due to older model furnaces and air conditioning units.
The front office staff are awesome and extremely helpful. Everyone in the community is friendly!

Convenience daily commute to my work and save lots of gas and plus there's a lot of amazing new restaurants because it's so lose to buckhead area,,like you are in the center of it ,,and love the diversity of people reside here been here 7 years 8 in counting not perfect but I'm thankful and this is my home I maybe renting it but consider my own I take good care of it ,,
great place to live.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
