Manager extremely standoffish and rude. Towed my car and called police without coming to my apartment asking me to move it. As a result since i was 6 months pregnant without transportation I lost my job.
The back of the apartment community isn't as well maintained as the buildings in the front... Maintenance is fast and efficient... I do not like the occasional bully tactics by management regarding some of the letters placed on apartment doors... All the kitchens need FREE upgrades. The cabinets and counters make the kitchens look out of date... A new carpet cleaning company needs to be hired. The current companys cleaning machines are mediocre... Overall score from 1-10 is a solid 6.9 .

My Overall Satisfaction As A Resident Is Good, However, I Do See More Evictions Now The When I Moved Here 4 Years. The Stainless Steel Grills That Used To Be At The Pool By The Office Have Been Removed And Most Of The Other Grills Throughout The Property Are In Very Bad Dis-Repair As Are Many Swings Also. Only One Vacum Has Ever Worked At The Car Wash. These Things Need To Be Adressed Before Residents Rent Is Ever Raised. Premier Rental Rates Need To Match A Premier Property!
The gate is 80% of the time broken or malfunctioning which makes the residents very unsecured. The pools are used for hanging out and security is zero, which makes it very hard to enjoy what I pay for every month.
