I moved in November 16th and had to totally clean my whole apartment, dirty toilet, beer cans, dust, dirt, etc. It was horrible and management apologized after I showed them the pictures.
My heater never worked from the day I moved in, it was loud and eventually stopped coming on all together. I have requested maintenance several times and they sent someone that could not speak English very well and stated I had the wrong motor.
Please read on the HVAC UnitI had contractor come out and this is why they refused to fix my heater
Those units are over 30 years old which is the lifespan of them, for my particular unit, it had no or little to no Freon which is why it wasnt blowing heat initially before the motor stopped working all together. Additionally this Refrigerant is phasing out at the end of this year and will only be available recycled you may want to ask what the plan is going into 2020.
This went on for months with no resolution. I requested a screen door and my walls to be finished painted but management never response, you can forget about it. I finally received a screen door in February.what a joke! And finally pest control all in one day before we were due to go to court. All those baby roaches, billed every month and never saw pest control until February.
Trash- You are made to pay for valet trash but you get service 3 times a week if that. The trash guys leave busted bags all in the stairway, in the middle of the road when bags fall off their pickup truck, the neighbors leave beer bottles, the breezeways are disgusting to say the least, neighbors let their dog poop in front of your doorjust YUCK!!!!!
That hideous sliding closet door doesnt stay up, this was the 3rd attempt to fix it and the horrible upgrade with sticky glue all on the floor. Kitchen drawers dont close
The gate I was charged 50.00 at move in for a gate that never closed until the 25th two days before I moved out also I received a gate card5 cars can go through th
All of those shown were wonderful. Exceptional views on all. I appreciate each and every one of them.
