When the temperature drops, the bedrooms gets very cold. Newly furnished apartment I am in comes with a massive hole in the wall. I complained about this to the staff but no word or action taken. There were multiple holes in the flooring and the kitchen is nice but upon closer inspection was a complete rush job. If you're looking for something cheap. Come here and get what you are paid for. Nice location but drivers here are horrible. I don't recommend staying here more than 6 months. Late fall and winter is harsh and the venting system is terribly designed. Bathroom is like a oven.

I have reached out to this community over a time frame of 6 months. They are very inconsiderate to potential people wanting to rent. Do not return emails, and have nobody who answers a phone to give any updates or information

I am currently residing in Baltimore, MD looking to relocate back home to Atlanta. I took some time to come visit family and look for a place to stay. I contacted The Cascade at Morgan Falls twice and left a message and no one has contacted me back. I even responsed to an automated text that was sent to me. I like the apartments and would like to see if I can rent one asap but I haven't gotten a response from anyone on their available units so I must move on with my relocation.

Certified Resident

The community is well-kept. For the most part, neighbors are nice, and I don't see or hear them much. All the staff is friendly. The amenities are just what I need to feel comfortable. Overall, a nice place that offers seclusion with having to be caged in behind gates!

The grounds are beautiful and the community is quiet and welcoming. The staff is very professional and my apartment was in perfect shape when I moved in, as promised by the leasing agent.
