Loved it here. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to places to shop and doctors offices ect.
Very quiet , management on top of any problems that occur. Would recommend for anyone looking for quiet place near everything.
I love living here. Office staff very friendly and prompt to take care of any issues that may arise. It's peaceful and quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. There is a park right across the street that my kids love and the Aquatic Center water park is literally walking distance from here. I just renewed my lease and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
TL;DR version: Careless owners, which trickles down to management of which is different almost every 2-4 weeks.
(i) "Owners"/ management:
The first three months of my 1 year lease was okay. Had no problems until they called me and informed me I needed to sign a new lease because they gave me the wrong rent amount ($725/mo instead of $775/mo). That's illegal, and I believe that upset them due to the fact that apparently they messed up. I wasn't re-signing a lease that was already agreed upon almost 3 months prior. From there on forward, nothing but issues with them with inconsistencies and accusations of things I have done that aren't true (missing rent, dirty patio, water damages for a completely different apartment, etc. ). I was not the only one who had issues. I've talked to multiple neighbors in my building and others that have had the same problem and mainly so with a guy named Jeff who claims to be the "accountant" of the place and is probably honestly the biggest issue with the property.
This place has been nothing but problems since we moved in. The office staff has changed 7 times in 8 months. They each tell us different things. They do nothing about complaints. They are slow to respond. They dont check the answering machine. They dont have an after hours emergency number. They enter your apartment without prior notice- like while youre still in the bed. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
