      Loved it here. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to places to shop and doctors offices ect.

      Very quiet , management on top of any problems that occur. Would recommend for anyone looking for quiet place near everything.

      This place is in such a great location, but is operated by very frugal owners. The day to day staff there is tremendous and friendly. The woman that works the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. So is the maintenance guy. However, hes the only maintenance guy for the entire complex. He is stretched way too thin and they wont hire anyone else who stays more than a week. So, dont expect non emergent work to happen fast because this guy is doing it pretty much alone. If the leasing office lady cannot be there during the posted business hours, no one will be there. I was supposed to check out on a given day. This was arranged weeks ahead of time. They open at 830 and I arrived at 856. I waited until 1215 and no one arrived. I asked the maintenance man who said someone would be in around 12, no one showed up. When I moved in I was given an inspection sheet, I filled it front and back and returned it to the office. It somehow was lost. On that sheet, were many of the items you see pictured dishwasher was melted and leaked, NO smoke detector, my back door didnt have a locking mechanism inside, so I couldnt secure my house. Wood floor trim was not installed right. Exposed wires on outlets and fixtures. Everything was painted over carelessly. No screens on my windows, except the kitchen. I only ever got one screen for one bedroom. Lastly, my AC didnt work and required recharging the day I moved in. Easter Sunday my stove quit and it took five weeks for a replacement. Five weeks, no stove or oven. The list goes on, but you get the idea. Perhaps someday theyll care about their product, but until they do I would recommend skipping it. There is a dog park a block away and a brewery across the street, so its really a nice area and would be amazing with some TLC.

      TL;DR version: Careless owners, which trickles down to management of which is different almost every 2-4 weeks. (i) "Owners"/ management: The first three months of my 1 year lease was okay. Had no problems until they called me and informed me I needed to sign a new lease because they gave me the wrong rent amount ($725/mo instead of $775/mo). That's illegal, and I believe that upset them due to the fact that apparently they messed up. I wasn't re-signing a lease that was already agreed upon almost 3 months prior. From there on forward, nothing but issues with them with inconsistencies and accusations of things I have done that aren't true (missing rent, dirty patio, water damages for a completely different apartment, etc. ). I was not the only one who had issues. I've talked to multiple neighbors in my building and others that have had the same problem and mainly so with a guy named Jeff who claims to be the "accountant" of the place and is probably honestly the biggest issue with the property.
