(7 Ratings)New owners !! The worst my rent went from 475.00 a month to 860.00 a month !! Every time you turn around they are wanting in your apartment !! They are doing quarterly checks but they were just in my apartment a month ago and now they're wanting back in again this month !! I've lived there for 2 yrs and I have never been late on my rent and now I'm having to move because they went up on my rent double the amount !! The place is old and run down !! Do not move here !!

I have lived there for ten years and with new owners rent will increase by 81%! This place is not worth that outrages amout. Forty years old wood frame with worn out carpet, bug infested and much more! Horrible!

They are greedy people and these apartments are all built in early 80s with no updates still have 80s cabinets and sinks and tubshower s and same 80s stoves refrigerator and also air-conditioning and heT break down every year because they are over 30 years old.

This place has new owners, should I say GREEDY owners. I have been here for ten years and now being forced out with the rent increase. From $530 per month to $960 per month for approximately 650 sq. The place is an old wood frame, worn out carpet, creaking floors and so on. Their remodeling plans will be bathroom and kitchen light fixtures. New shinny stove and refrigerator and bathroom tub. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!
