I love my unit been here for about 2 years now no complaints at all

#STOP! I had warning signs from the beginning! I had spoken with Lionel and he had described the unit. The amenities I was looking for which were a fireplace and a outside patio. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that was available immediately! I stressed to him I needed to be out of my apartment before the end of July to avoid any substantial amount in rent. And asked him daily if he needed anything else to help expedite my application let me know. He insured me I was good because I was concerned I would have to get a co-signer because Im on disability. He assured me that he had an approval and I would only have to pay 1 month rent extra and it was refundable. I waited daily for him to call me back because I was pressed for time and had to schedule movers and transfer utilities. Everytime I called he kept saying youre good! Just waiting for my manager to approve your welcome letter Then he finally called me back whispering 5 business days before I have time to find anything else to say they wont have anything till later in the month. And I could come pick up my Administration fee! You best believe me I calling and writing corporate! Im disabled! I dont drive! If I go month to month here its an additional 245! Im on a limited income! This has been the worst experience ever! Very unprofessional and misleading. Just tell me up front so that I wouldnt had time to find something else!
