Sterling Creek at Richmond Hill

Having lived at Sterling Creek for 6 yrs. I feel that it went from 5 stars to 2 stars. The once beautiful landscaping is a mess with weeds/bare spots/and it's basically a dog toilet where some people don't clean up after their dogs. Office emails are basically about paying rent. You were very seldom informed that the pool is closed for several days or what is going on in the complex. Cars with flat tires/towing stickers/no registration, etc. sat by the buildings for weeks taking up valuable parking spaces. Gates were usually not working, and not long ago they didn't work at all for about 1 yr. There were lots of increased and new costs added to the rent for services that kept getting worse. The fountains in front of the complex and at the pool were turned down so low you really wondered if they even were maintained. My biggest problem was that it took 2 months to fix my kitchen floor! Luxury apts.??? They were that way for a while but I don't feel they are that way now. (See more of my comments on "Yelp".)

Sterling Creek Is a beautiful place to call home the Property Manager Amanda is kind and welcoming Gio was my leasing agent and they made me feel right at home. This property had front gates, pool and gym. This is the best place to rent anywhere close to here. The Maintenance staff is like Johnny on the spot. If I call in a service request it is taken care of the same day.

My family and I were well taken care of from start to finish. It was easy. From the application process to the final move-out, they were super helpful and sincerely cared about our comfort and experience. We would recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to call home.

I moved into the complex from Pooler in June and fell in love! I absolutely love the Richmond Hill area & location of the apartments - about 30 mins to downtown & Pooler without as much traffic. Management has been attentive to any issue that I've had. Maintenance is very quickly responsive. The property is about 2 years old to my understanding and gorgeous! I love sitting on my patio and looking over the marshy areas. Even right of 144 with construction, the property is very quiet and private with an access gate. I feel comfortable walking around the community with my pup and all of the neighbors are very friendly. I've loved my time at Sterling Creek and look forward to the reach of my time here!

I love living here The Staff is amazing and always helpful. I have never had an issue they couldn't handle.
