Please get everything in writing ! They will and up things as you go ! The landlord does not answer the phone when needed and neither does she answer emails . Please look elsewhere! Yes they are beautiful homes but poorly managed !
I really am starting to hate it here. Everyday there is a new random rule if certain people complain about it. Also, who puts the mailboxes in front of the overflow parking. We were told that guest could park there and now it is a problem. My guest has been here three days. She leaves in the mornings and returns later in the day while shes here visiting. Apparently, the overflow parking is for mail pickup and not actually for guest.
My suggestion, the mailboxes can be moved into the center Of the property in front of the pond so that those four parking spots can actually be for what it needs to be utilized for! I really wish this place would get it together. Yes, I am a frustrated resident!
Phew where do I start ? It take weeks for them to fix issues . They are unreachable when needed . The complex management creates rules every day and we are not notified . Almost every house has a family but the neighborhood is not family oriented . We are unable to enjoy our backyards because it is all common area so we are unable to put activities for children . Management is very passive aggressive and doesnt necessarily care about the tenants . As long as you pay your rent they could care less about your issues . We have even had many encounters of other tenants having similar issues but nothing has gotten better . I would not recommend this place to anyone . Find a family friendly neighborhood . Also we have even come in contact with neighbors who are not open to other races and that has been an issue as well . Certain things must be addressed when you are managing a property ! I lived in Hinesville for many years and paid less money for better manage and hospitality.
I rent in the Commons, it is a great place to live, nice and quiet, brand new. Cant beat the location and price. Love the Pool and amenity center, my kids are happy at their new school.
