What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Powder Springs

I am not sure. I have been living in this neighborhood for almost 30 years. I don't think I would have last

I like the greenbelt and trails. My neighborhood doesn't have a HOA, I like not having an HOA. I like having corner stores close by.

We are an old subdivision and have no HOA or HOA fees. It is mostly a quiet neighborhood and is a circle so traffic is limited. We are only about 10-15 minutes from our wonderful church and have many, many shopping and restaurant options very nearby. Also, we are near a couple of great walking trails including the Silver Comet Trail and Wild Horse Creek Trail.

Easy access to everything. Walking is a good option to the stores in my area. Car is not required.

I like the safety. I really like the new stores that are always popping up. I like the uniqueness of the homes in the neighborhood.

I really don't like living in this neighborhood it's not unique at all. There's a lot of crime in this neighborhood and a lot of drugs in this neighborhood.
