I just renewed for the 3rd time because I absolutely love it here. The ladies in the leasing office are very professional, friendly, very helpful, and attentive!! One of my main reasons for choosing this complex is because Eboney was so fantastic & helpful. That was before Id even looked at the apartments. These ladies are hard working and are very good with communication!
If theres a need to have maintenance come to your unit, they are there in a very timely manner! All of the guys who help keep this place running smoothly are very nice and they have always explained what they need to do, what theyre going to do, and how theyre going to do it. I really havent had to call maintenance to my unit except for a couple of times for the A/C - once, because the power had gone out & I didnt know about the hold option lol and once when my A/C froze during that 100+ heat index week we had a few weeks ago but it was fixed ASAP.
My only cons have more to do with some of the residents here.
1) some of the dog owners are too lazy to grab a bag from one of the many well placed stations around the complex to pick up their dogs poop. Grab a few, tie them to your dogs leash so youll have them when you walk your dog or just dont have a dog.
2) some of the residents are lazy when it comes to throwing their trash out. They dont properly toss the bag all of the way in & it gets piled up and blocked then left for maintenance to clean up. Maintenance already works hard enough in this heat. They shouldnt have to clean up just because people are too lazy to dispose of their trash properly.
If you live here expect to get harassed about you grill in your patio threatened with multiple expenses if you cant secure your pet at the apartments beck and call. Oh but there seems to be no problem with none handicapped people parking in the handicapped spot. Was told they will steal my grill that I dont use if I dont remove it lol. Only been here a few weeks.
