The professionalism of the staff is of the highest standards. The attention that me and my wife receive from the very first moment we went into the office made us feel at home, we knew them we came to the right place.
Beautiful apartment. The attached garage is a huge plus and I really like the Pooler area. There are tons of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores within about a one mile radius. A great experience so far.
I choose an apartment on the ground floor with parking right in front of my door. The parking is limited but there is enough parking for the residents in my building. However, the people in the building across form me, the ones with the two-car garages are parking in my area leaving me no place to park. I am an old woman with limited mobility and need my parking spot close to my door. I have complained to the office but they explain there is no reserved parking for residents.
Office staff has been pleasurable, or atleast one of them. Maintenance is a joke and has taken them 3 months just to come investigate a leak and come to find out it was not a potable water line. Overpriced also and traffic is getting very congested in Pooler.
Took over 2 months to receive referral fee and multiple trips to the leasing office to finally get results. Also asked for a transfer to the first floor, and that also took months to get a response.
