I absolutely love these apartments! Great location! I always felt safe living there! The staff are so friendly & helpful, they became my extended family! Pools were always sparking clean! Beautiful scenery & ponds! Safe & fun walkways to walk your dog! Always had fun excursions planned for residents! My 3 bedroom was spacious! Never had a problem with noise & I had a ground floor! I really enjoyed using the fireplace in the winter too! I always tell people how great it is to live here at the Preserves! So many fond memories here at The Preserves!
The landscape is really excellently maintained! the office personnel are always very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance crew is very friendly and most helpful, Nice place to live!!
There is one issue that I wish could be resolved, and that is the parking problem. If you leave in the afternoon, is a problem. There should be assigned spaces but there are none and always have to park far away from my apt.
No real major complaints. Wish the gate of our gated community actually worked.. Dog park isn't taken care of well. The waste containers are overflowing for days sometimes. Can't see the some building numbers due to the trees. The second pool has not been open the entire year I have lived here. I feel like there are a lot of things that sold me that we aren't given. Disappointing. The only thing that sets this complex apart from others is the office and maintenance staff.
Myself and my wife have been long term residents of the Preserve. We have seen it decline from a great place to reside. to an average place to reside.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
