Staff seems truly interested in the resident, and are responsive to suggestions. Location is ideal for work experience, and the beauty of the grounds make it a delight to gaze out windows.

Helpful staff, reasonable price for the housing, clean area around the complex, good location to everything in Pooler, and fast acting maintenance staff.

These pictures are a lie, the show you only what they want you to see initially. The grounds are dirty and run down. Management is lazy and does not take care of the property. Maintenance drive around high all day smoking weed inthe car and inside vacant apartments. Drugs are being used here and they just turn a blind eye to every situation they dont want to deal with. There have been issues with pest infestation, gym equipment has been broken for years no matter the complaint the list goes on and on. Save yourself the trouble

They are liars in the front office. Theyll switch their story so fast its terrible. You better keep up with what they tell you. Dont live here

Don't be fool by the upgrade appliances. You will hear everything around you in any of these unit. People upstairs, people down stairs, people outside going up the stairs or just hanging out in the parking lot, I mean everything. The floors and walls are super thin and the office staff will pretend they have no idea what your talking about when it comes to the noise but they do. The police comes to these apartment on the regular for noise complaints. Its also low income apartments so you get what you pay for. Rent is going up with the same amount of noise not worth the money at all, even with new appliances. If you move here you will not get any sleep just headaches.

Liked your apts. & you got pretty good reviews from your residents. I am moving from Fayetteville, NC in a few months.
